Our Intake Specialists are 100% concerned with understanding the situation you’re in and carefully qualifying if there is a way to help you. At the conclusion of this conversation, you will receive a helpful recommendation, even if we determine your situation isn’t qualified for our services. Our goal is to find the best way to help you move forward! More often, there is a recommendation and opportunity to reserve a consultation/strategy session with our expert Legal Team.

This is your first opportunity to speak with a legal expert, who will learn about your life and legal situation, help to identify your goals and concerns, and walk you through all of the available options. We have to understand where you are today, where you want to be, and then we will help to get you there. At the end of this meeting, you will have a clear plan and roadmap.

There will be some decisions to make; when that decision involves hiring STERN Law, our Client Advocate will revisit the legal strategy for your case, answer any lingering questions you might have and make sure you understand the terms of our representation, as well as the fees associated with it. Now, you are in good hands!

Immigration Team
Now that you have hired STERN Law, your Immigration Paralegal will reach out to you within two business days to initiate the next steps. Our paralegal stays in regular communication with all parties involved and provides our Clients with monthly status updates.

Criminal Defense Team
Now that you have hired STERN Law, your Legal Assistant will reach out to you within two business days to gather information from you that will be required by the courts and other relevant agencies. Our Legal Assistant is central to the communication between the client, the court and the attorney to ensure everyone is on the same page.
